These terms and conditions apply to all consumer purchases made in our lululemon store located on Købmagergade 42, 1150 Copenhagen, Denmark (the “Store”). Purchase agreements are entered into with:

We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
You have the right to return certain items purchased at the Store, provided that you have the receipt of purchase and that the items are unused, in the original packaging and/or with original tags attached.
Upon return of the purchased item, the purchase price will be returned using the payment method of the original purchase. However, a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or DKK 200, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the amount returned.
You have the right to exchange certain items purchased at the Store, provided that you have the receipt of purchase and that the items are unused, in the original packaging and/or with original tags attached. Items can be exchanged, or store credit issued, within 14 days from your original purchase.
Gift cards can be purchased in the Store. Additionally, store credit can be issued following an exchange of items as described above. Neither gift cards nor store credit can be paid out in cash.
Gift cards and store credits are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and cannot be transferred. The gift cards and store credits can only be used in the Store and not any other location.
The right of complaint pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to all purchases made in the Store. You must have adequate proof of purchase.
When you shop with us, you have a 2-year right of complaint against defects or other faults with the items in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the specific situation and the type of product.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or fault. The right of complaint does not cover any defects or faults that have arisen because of incorrect use or storage of the item or as a result of regular wear and tear. You can make a complaint about an item by returning the item to the Store for inspection. You must provide an adequate description of the circumstances for your complaint.
Items with a defect or fault, which are not covered by the right of complaint pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, are covered by a warranty within 6 months of your purchase. You must have adequate proof of purchase and bring the item in for inspection at the Store within 21 days of your claim.

You have the right to submit your complaint to the Centre for Complaint Resolutions and the Consumer Complaints Boards:

You can also submit your complaint via the European Commission's online complaint portal. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
If you are a resident of Denmark or the EU, any dispute related to the terms and conditions that is not resolved amicably may be brought before the District Court of Copenhagen or at the place where you as a consumer are domiciled.
If you are not a resident of Denmark or the EU, any dispute must be brought before the District Court of Copenhagen, unless otherwise provided by relevant national law.
